1.1 Cancellations made at least three (3) calendar days before the scheduled tour departure time will not incur a cancellation fee. To be eligible for a refund, all cancellations must be communicated in writing to Fun Spots Jamaica and received within the specified timeframes. Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours before the tour will incur a fifty percent (50%) fee. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the tour will incur a full (100%) fee.
1.2 Customers may reschedule their tour to a different time at no extra cost, provided they notify Fun Spots Jamaica at least twenty-four (48) hours before the scheduled tour date.
1.3 Full charges apply in the following situations:
a) Failure to join a tour, joining after departure, or leaving before its completion.
b) Not using all the services included in the tour.
c) Not being at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. Our drivers cannot wait more than five (5) minutes.
d) Not meeting the health, weight, and fitness requirements specified in the tour description. In group bookings, if one or more individuals do not meet these requirements, no refund will be given for the group.
e) Fun Spots Jamaica may offer an alternative tour or a care package as compensation. In such cases, customers must sign an Exchange for Service Form, after which no further refunds will be offered.
1.4 Fun Spots Jamaica is not obligated to re-book missed tours but may do so at its discretion.
1.5 Fun Spots Jamaica may cancel a tour due to weather conditions, acts of nature, unsafe conditions, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss beyond the tour price in such cases. If a tour is cancelled, we will try to notify customers in advance and offer another tour date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
1.6 Certain tours require minimum and maximum passenger numbers. Fun Spots Jamaica reserves the right to cancel or modify tours to meet these requirements. In such cases, we will try to inform customers in advance and offer an alternative tour. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be given.
1.7 Fun Spots Jamaica may, at its discretion, make exceptions to this policy in cases of unforeseen illness, accident, or injury of a guest, or in cases involving death, illness, accident, or injury of an immediate family member. Requests for refunds under these circumstances must be written and accompanied by a doctor's certificate.
